About SLX
Senior systems thinking, applied to real operational work.
SLX works at the intersection of business process design, systems architecture, integrations and AI-enabled operations.
The work is grounded in a practical question: what does this operation need in order to run clearly and reliably?
Point of view
We start with the workflow, not the tool.
Map the operating reality first: who is involved, where decisions happen, what moves between systems and where the process breaks down.
Technology choices follow that understanding. Automation, integrations and AI should strengthen the whole workflow, with the goal of a reliable production system rather than disconnected interventions.
Merav Ben Haim
Senior architecture and delivery, close to the work.
Senior architecture and delivery lead behind SLX
Merav brings more than a decade of experience in business systems, with a background in enterprise CRM and Dynamics and experience leading development teams.
Her work spans systems architecture, integrations and complex operational workflows. Today, her focus is on AI-enabled business systems and workflow transformation—bringing new capabilities into a coherent, production-ready operating model.
Merav is drawn to the point where business complexity becomes a systems problem — where the real challenge is not choosing another tool, but understanding how the work, decisions and ownership should fit together.
Experience arc
From enterprise systems to AI-enabled operations.
A progression shaped by increasingly connected operational work.
- 01
Enterprise business systems
A foundation in enterprise CRM and Dynamics, close to the operational processes those systems need to support.
- 02
Development leadership
Experience leading development teams and connecting technical delivery to the realities of the business.
- 03
Architecture and integration
Designing systems, integrations and cross-system operational platforms as coherent working environments.
- 04
AI-enabled transformation
A current focus on applying AI within business systems and workflows where it can improve real operational work.
Working principles
A disciplined way to turn complexity into a working system.
- 01
Workflow first
Understand the people, decisions, exceptions, controls and handoffs that shape the work.
- 02
Architecture before automation
Define the operating model before automating individual tasks within it.
- 03
AI where it adds real value
Use AI as one capability when it makes the workflow meaningfully stronger.
- 04
Build for production
Design for reliability, ownership and real operational use—not a polished demo.
How SLX engages
Who SLX works with
SLX works directly with the leaders and partners responsible for making critical operations work:
- Business and operations leaderswith complex workflows that cross teams, systems and manual handoffs.
- Technology leadersresponsible for business systems, architecture and integration.
- Implementation partnersneeding senior architecture or delivery capacity for complex work.
Engagements begin through one of two routes: Critical Workflow Transformation or a Systems & Automation Architecture Reset.
